CANCELLATIONS
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum 24 hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. Less than 24 hour notice will result in a cancellation service charge added to your account up to 75% of the service cost.
NO SHOW
If you no call/no show your appointment, you will have a no show service charge added to your account up to 100% of the service cost.
LATE
You are charged for the treatment time scheduled. Late arrivals are charged for the time originally scheduled and may not extend your appointment due to other scheduled clients. If you arrive 10 minutes or later to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule and a service charge added to your account up to 75% of the service cost.
CHILDREN/GUESTS
For legal reasons no children are allowed to come to your appointment with you. Please arrange your schedule/child care needs accordingly. Guests may be allowed on a case by case basis, notify me if this is something you require.
SICK
If you or anyone in your house is feeling unwell and or have cold/flu symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. You may be asked to wear a mask during increased or peak cold/flu season. There is only one of me and it would be especially hard to make up appointments if I am unwell.
